LB Warranties Co. ("LB Warranties," "we," "our," or "us") markets and helps consumers compare vehicle service contracts (VSCs) offered by third-party providers and administrators. LB Warranties is not itself an insurance company.
2 Vehicle Service Contracts Are Not Insurance
A vehicle service contract (VSC), sometimes called an "extended warranty," is a contract between you and a VSC provider/administrator to perform or pay for certain repairs or services on your vehicle following a mechanical breakdown. A VSC is not an insurance policy and is not a manufacturer's or dealer's warranty. Coverage, price, eligibility, exclusions, deductibles, and the waiting period before coverage begins are governed exclusively by the terms of the actual written service contract you receive, not by anything on this Site. Benefits vary by plan, vehicle, and state, and coverage is not available in all states.
3 No Guarantee of Coverage
Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that you will be offered coverage, that any particular repair will be covered, or that a VSC provider will accept your vehicle. Eligibility is determined by the VSC provider based on factors such as vehicle age, mileage, and condition. Nothing on this Site is a binding offer of coverage.
4 Quotes Are Estimates
Any pricing, coverage summary, or plan comparison shown on this Site is an estimate for general informational purposes only and is not a final quote. Final pricing, terms, and coverage are provided directly by the VSC provider or one of our Marketing Partners and are subject to change based on your vehicle and other underwriting factors.
5 Use of This Website
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to submit false or misleading information through any form on this Site, attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, or use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our prior written consent.
